October 2015 heralds in 'Birthing Place Praise Dance Conference'

It's not often that you see an off-season dance conference, but here is one planned for Oct. 23 and 24, 2015, in Orlanda, Fla.

     The event is "The Birthing Place Dance Conference," hosted by Selina Evans.

     Classes will be led in various dance styles, such as African (Dr. Margo Blake); step (by Off Glass); hip hop (Danielle McTear); and mime/dance (Min. Marcus Walker); among others.

     The weekend conference will end with a free dance concert, starting at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24th.

     Registration is $40 before Sept, 2, 2015, and $50 afterward.
