DENVER --- Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s Day begins with folks converging in Denver, Colorado, the Mile-High City for the 28th Annual International Conference and Festival of Blacks in Dance.
This year' event runs Jan. 18 to 20, 2016, and is hosted by Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Studios.
A few days after the conference, dancers over the age of 15 who can dance en pointe can audition for the 1st Annual Ballet Audition for Women, on Sunday, Jan. 24, 2016, at the Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Studio in Denver; there is a $35 audition fee.
