Praise dance: 'Can you teach me how to dougie?'

Remember the song 'Teach Me How to Dougie?"
     I was reminded of that song as I watched some YouTube videos of praise dancers.
     Namely, Lyrics of Grace praise dancers, who have a kind of mime, robotic, staccato style of movement that I'd like to learn.
     Before them, I was watching some videos from Anointed Praise Dance Ministry — have they ministered to every gospel song there is?  From them I'd like to cut in and dance for a 30-second segue . . . with them and with Victory Praise Dancers . . . and I'm sure that's about all the energy I'm sure I could muster from just watching them.
     I'd also like to:
  1. Actually, attend church a few Sundays where the Anointed Praise dance ministry ministers;
  2. Have a practice session with Kenya Griffin and the Amazing Grace Dance Company out of Atlanta;
  3. Have one more modern/contemporary dance class, heck, session with the lovely, funny, talented Patti Dukes-Jordan out of Detroit;
  4. Then have a class with Ali Michael Willingham  — I think I like what his videos show he pulls out of his dancers;
  5. Have a month to go back for training with my dance teacher, Ms. Angie Graham Williams of the AGW Conservatory, LLC, in southwest Michigan;
  6. Make time to watch Errin Berry's entire repertoire of praise dances, which pays homage to the old Negro Spirituals and old-school gospels;
  7. Take all that and dance a liturgical number as a non-celebrity on  ABC's "Dancing With The Stars." Yes, I'm that girl!!
  1. Do you have a Top 5" for your Praise-Dance Bucket List?
