Are you suffering from hair loss . . . ?

We saw this . . . and had to share!
This is a blog dedicated to praise dance . . . so you might be saying 'what in the world does praise dance have to do with 'alopecia aereata' — sometimes an inexplicable hair loss?
According to this post from Razor Chic from Atlanta, this is a young woman who is suffering from hair loss --- caused by an apparent over-reliance on weaves, sew-ins and braids . . . and other hairstyle practices that stress the hair follicles and do not allow the scalp to breathe . . .
This item is calling attention to the styles and care that allow all of us to explore and glory in that 'natural hair' we have . . . enjoying many cute styles for natural hair of all textures and lengths ...
For starters, here are some videos that depict some seamless — or so we think — hairstyles that can be worn on all textures and lengths of natural hair.  In fact, the different textures and lengths add to the varying beauties of the hair styles — no two heads will look exactly alike!!

The verdict is still out on this, but a former fellow praise dancer claims that Jamaican Black Castor Oil — applied daily — helped to grow hair in a two- to three-inch circle near the front of her head.
