Focusing on 'Isaiah 68'

As I was talking to God while preparing for work the other day. I heard back Isaiah 68 . . .
     I meant to look at it and see what it said, but that didn't happen until a few minutues ago.
     Hmmp . . . there is NO Isaiah 68 — interestingly, that book of Isaiah ends at the 66th chapter — but there is an Isaiah 6:8.  Here's what it says, 

 "Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, 'Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?"

     "And I said, 'Here am I: Send me!" (NIV)
