Dance ministry: Use the 'whole' dance ministry to prevent atrophy

Is your dance ministry suffering from 'dance-ministry atrophy'
You know, you don't push  or use all of your members to their maximum capacity . . . so, some of them develop stronger than others.
"Atrophy" is "gradually decline in effectiveness or vigor due to under use or neglect," according to one online definition.
In the worst-case scenarios, the "stronger-appearing ones" can seem to dominate the weaker-appearing ones . . . and we can have ourselves a little "lopsided body" —insert in "praise-dance ministry"!
This is just a note, a holy download to me, that as we move into the new year, be careful that we utilize all parts of our body, so one side doesn't become stronger or heavier than another.
That's all for today:  Exercise the body well to prevent "praise-dance ministry atrophy."
