How're you managing COVID-19 weight gain?

We're getting prepared for life again ... which includes active ministry.
     Are you preparing?
     In your preparation, are you finding that leotards, overlays and other garments and even undergarments are not accommodating your post-pandemic body?  A body besieged by inactivity (or lesser activity than it was accustomed to) and lots more home-cooking ... and home-grazing?
     We didn't need our dance-ministry garments to tell us some 'Covid Cousins' (pounds, y'all) had come to visit and not left as phase 1 of the pandemic seems to be subsiding: We had our regular work clothes and photos to tell us we were a bit chubbier than we were pre-COVID19.
     Join us, though, as we pledge to not buy a larger, more accommodating size for our thicker bodies, but endeavor to at least return to our previous (and possibly) healthier body size.  (This is not medical advice: Please consult your physician for weight-loss and weight-maintenance advice and for instruction in exercising or returning to an exercise program.)
     We are endeavoring to take longer walks with the dog (at least 15 minutes in the morning and another 15 minutes in the evening) and pledging to hit the gym at least three times in a week, for at least a 30-minute session each time.
     (Since making this commitment to 'Self,' we've sent at least three 'Covid Cousins' ~ pounds ~ packing and the rest of the gang to follow suit!!!  This is mainly from walking the dog for longer stretches of time, making the commitment and hitting the gym and eliminating reducing carbonated colas.)
